owh,
during my previous lecture about calsification::::
my lecturer said that it is better if we take calsium(like milk or etc) with vit d(from sun light maaa) n exercise..
omg2..
if not calsification not occur ngan eloknyaaa.
kalu tak bone3 kita xdpt la bekalan kalsium ngn baekk..
the calsium will not be fully utilised laaa..
ok i think anlene or other milk brand should educate the users tooo..
they need to drink milk etc but with proper exercise n also sun light for vit d okkk..
if not bazir jeee la minum but not exercise..
too badd..
weee..
