this is one of my fav tart..theres special memories remind me about someone..:)

i picked this reci as the best from this masammanis' blog

Ammmn..comottt sgt..hahaha

recipe:

tart shell:

170gm marjerin atau butter

50gm gula aising

1 biji telur Gred C

290gm tepung gandum

1 sudu kecil esen vanilla

acuan tart

how?

Pukul marjerin dan gula dengan menggunakan senduk kayu atau spatula. Jangan putar lama sangat.
Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. Putar lagi dengan senduk kayu.
Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit.
Uli hingga menjadi doh yang lembut. Kuantiti tepung bergantung kepada kelembutan doh.
Untuk mendapatkan doh yang baik masukkan doh dalam plastik bag dan simpan dalam peti ais semalaman.
mbil sedikit adunan dan tekan ke dalam acuan tat. Cucuk dengan garfu sebelum dibakar.Bakar pada suhu 170C selama 20 - 25 minit atau sehingga masak.
Crust atau shell ni kita boleh sediakan awal. Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara dan ia tahan lama. Tunggu Crust atau shell benar2 sejuk sebelum kita letakkan filling dan cheese.
Masukkan filling tu dalam piping bag utk memudahkan proses kita meletakkan ia dalam shell tadi.

Nota from blog owner: Jika guna telur Gred B, buang sedikit putih telurnya untuk mengelakkan crust menjadi keras sangat.

cream cheese:

250gm cream cheese

50gm gula kastor / gula halus

1 biji telur Saiz B

½ sudu teh esen vanilla / esen lemon

how?

Keluarkan cream cheese 20 ~ 30 minit sebelum digunakan. JANGAN biarkan cream cheese mencapai ke suhu bilik.
Putar cream cheese dan gula hingga berkrim.
Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. Putar lagi.
Masukkan filling ke dalam kulit tat. Untuk memudahkan kita gunakan kaedah yg sama untuk letakkan filing tadi. Dimana kita masukkan dalam piping bag dan picitkan di atas filing dalam shell tadi. Letak penuh supaya ia cantik membuncit.
Kemudian boleh lah kita mulakan proses tuk melorek atas cheese tat tadi.

how to decorate?

Ambil sedikit cream cheese tadi dan titikkan sedikit pewarna yg kita suka. Kacau rata sehingga warna bergaul sempurna. Proses untuk melorek dilakukan ketika cheese tadi masih lembut. jangan biarkan cheese terlalu lama nanti dia dah mula mengering dan proses melorek tidah secantik yg kita inginkan.

Dengan menggunakan pencungkil gigi, buat garis kecil2 di bahagian tepi.
Bilangan garis2 kecil tersebut mengikut citarasa sendiri lebih banyak lebih cantik!
Kemudian dengan menggunakan bahagian yang tajam, tarik daripada atas ke bawah dalam bentuk bulatan untuk mendapatkan bentuk tersebut.
Bakar selama 5 minit pada suhu 170C. Sentuh cream dengan hujung jari. Jika tidak melekat, maknanya telah masak. Jika tidak, bakar dalam seminit lagi.
#tambahan : k ita dia bakar api atas bawah tapi letak dekat rak bawah.

theres thing that i would like to keep for memories, food that i tried, things that i cooked..
owh transform!

cake coklat kukus lapis keju:

first attempt succeded

i follow dis blog cik mat gebu.. :)

BAHAN-BAHAN KEK COKLAT :-)

2 biji telur gred A

1 cawan gula halus

1 camca teh esen vanilla

Secubit garam

1/2 cawan air panas

1/2 cawan susu cair

1/2 cawan minyak jagung

1 cawan tepung gandum*

3 camca besar serbuk koko*

1 camca teh soda bicarbonate*

1/2 camca teh baking powder*(*disatukan dan di ayak)

BAHAN-BAHAN LAPIS CHEESE :-)

250 gram krim cheese

60 gram gula halus

1 biji telur gred A

1 camca besar air

1 camca besar tepung gandum

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)

Panaskan kukusan. Lenser tin berukuran 8 inci x 8 inci x 3 inci dengan mentega, alas dasar tin dengan kertas minyal. lenser juga kertas tadi. Ketepikan..
UNTUK KEK COKLAT :- Putar telur dan gula hingga kembang dan pekat, masukkan esen vanilla dan garam, putar rata. Tambah susu cair, minyak jagung dan air panas, putar sebati dengan kelajuan sederhana. Masukkan bahan2 yang diayak sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis, putra rata dan matikan mixer. Bagi kepada 2 bahagian sama banyak. Ketepikan.
UNTUK LAPISAN KEJU :- Putar krim cheese dan gula hingga sebati dan licin. Masukkan telur dan putar hingga kembang. Tambah tepung dan air, putar hingga semua sebati dan tidak berbintil2.
UNTUK KEK COKLAT KUKUS LAPIS CHEESE :- Tuang satu bahagian kek coklat. Ratakan dan tutup permukaan tin dengan aluminium foil. Kukus selama 20 minit, guna api sederhana. Kemudian tuang pula adunan krim cheese, ratakan dan sambung kukus 20 minit lagi. Tuang baki bahagian kek coklat ratakan dan sambung kukus selama 45 minit atau hingga masak (bila anda cucuk dengan lidi sate atau cake tester di bahagian tengah kek dan keluarnya bersih, tanda kek dah masak).
Sejukkan kek sekejap, kemudian boleh keluarkan dari tin. Biar kek sejuk sepenuhnya atas jaringan dan boleh dipotong untuk dihidangkan.....

lama tak tulis2 (ayat cliche betol..hahaha..) biasa la pemalas..tenet pon tak laju lagi la malas..
aritu banjir.. boleh tahan dahsyat jugak..terburuk dlm sejarah jugak laa..
sebab jumlah mangsa banyak sgt2..
sampai tak terbyang pulak rasanya..
bila p tgk sendiri pas banjir memang sayu laa..

salam...

and wishing everyone a happy day..
almost come to the end of the year 2013.
cepat betol masa berlalu..
new semester dah separuh pon began..hahaha

lama tak jenguk n tulis2 here..
dah macam habuk 5 inci dah rasa..
still mcm byk benda nk tulis.
tapi.....
malasss..hahahaha

n beside to the stadium ada pameran hari penternak n petani kot..

very besar2 khemah dia..

tapi tak dpt pergi la plak..

kalu dpt p mesti best kan tgk benih2 pokok yg best..

mcm orkid ka bunga2 ka takpon benih buah laa..

lg best kalu ada arnab2 yg dijual..

alaaa bestnyaa..

t memang bercadang nk bela arnab n cat pon..

tapi cat tak berapa minat sgt nk main..hahahaa..buli ada laaa

ok laaa..

t kalu rajen tulis lagi yek..

cuti sekolah pon dh nk start dh next week..

so byk jugak la undangan kawen member2 zaman sekolah rendah n menengah..

alhamdulillaj ramai dh bertemu jodoh n akan mengakhiri zaman bujang..

dh nak masuk fasa baru dlm kehidupan..

harapan n doanya agar semua org bahagia till jannah laaa..insya allah..

setiap ciptaan Allah dah Allah prepare ngan kisah hidup masing2..

rezeki, jodoh, ajal maut n segala..

so we do our part n make a lot of doa..

rite??

salam and a very good day..

owh i have exam this week..

yesterday was 3 hours paper biostatistic..

n starting from tomorrow onward i have 4 papers more..every day is an exam day..

since the school holidays just started, there's a lot of wedding invitation.

but..unluckyly..sadly..hehehhe.. couldnt attend any of that..huahuahuahua..

at this age..(20s plus+++), people start to change and move on into the next phase of life..

working, getting married and settle down..

most of my frens are getting married and some actually have their own beautiful child...

alhamdulillah n very happy for them..

but still, few are still happily enjoying their youth: studying, working etc..(like me..kekeke)

its okay.. different person will have different fate in their life..heee

erk..erk..erk..erk..suddenly plak boleh p taip ntry cenggini?

hahahahaha..

ok i will be back to hometown after the exam..

maybe 1.6 tuh brgerak ke kl..

then decide when to go back to kg laaa..

t i have practical in jb..

may allah ease everything..

t kalu ada kenuri g bulan 8 probability to attend is veryyyyyyyy smalll...

so sadddd..

takper.. insya allah i will doa the best for those who r getting marry or engage t..

this week a lot of things happened..

kinda said----> terrible but not that really2222 bad..

alhamdulillah allah ease the way..

settle with few important things n now trying hard to cope with other upcoming things..

exam just around the corner...

started on 25-30 of may 2013..

may allah ease everything...amin..

big bad wolf?

whoaa..

i bought 7 books using BB1M okes..

even though books that im looking for wasnt there..still oke laa.

bought 2 books for my niece..

hopefully she likes it..

there's one incident happened..

where i accidentally dropped my pink wallet..

alhamdulillah the BBW's cashier kept it..

such a good man i could say..tqvm for your good deed

alhamdulillah again..

that was the second incident happened

losing a wallet..

the first time was during form 2 kot..

almost cry when i think back about my ic..

hohohohoho..

i recited the 3 qul over and over again n make doa as well..

i remembered..

on the third day i finally found it under my desk in my class..

of course the money wasnt there..

its okay..

i just need the ic..

not ony that..

i happened to lose some money that i keep inside my room..

im not sure how much..

might be less than 100..

but that time of course if you are losing rm 50 is quite a lot..

i dont know who the theft is

and i started to keep my money separately..

heeee..

alhamdulillah thats work..

yeah thats why things happened for a reason..

it taught me a lot actually..

to be more alert, aware n take care of my belonging

life is just like that..

then on the next day....

i went to baking with love class..

soooo happy..

a lot of new things i learnt..

cake styling, tart buah, cupcake..sponge cake..

semuanyaaa sedap2..

like serious okes..

tapi i takder la amek gambo byk ngat..

kuang2..

ni colek dr tenet sudeyh..macam2 adaaa.

i will type up the recipe for my future reference..kekeke

in case i forget n wanna try out the recipes..

veryyyyyyyy easy..

heeee..

recipe 1:

sponge cake

1. mix 375 g spongemix + 5 eggs gred A or B (if gred C, add 1 more n take out the white egg)

2. putar slow----> high speed, 5 minutes.

3. add in 75 ml water n putar g 7 minutes. add in flavor..anything u like..

4. add in 75 ml cooking oil. (u can add 2 tbspoon choco powder if u like in this step)

5. sapu pan with butter n tepung sket. hentakkan bawah pan utk buang angin.

6. panaskan oven before bakar..use 170-180 degree celcius n baked for about 1 hour.(depend on ur oven, use api atas bawah)

7. once dah masak, kuakan from pan n sidai atas redai to elak lengkuk2..weeeee

recipe 2:

buttercream for cake deco

1. 400 g icing sugar(ayak 2x)

2. 1 kg krim well(u can get it from bakery shop)

3. flavor (1 teaspoon ok)

4. putar all slow----> high speed for 15 minit.

5. putar slow to buang angin2 n lubang2

butter cream:

1. 500 g krim well

2. 300 g shortening

3. 250 g ising sugar (ayak 2 times)

4. flavor (1 teaspoon ok jee)

5. same like above.

buttercream for rose deco:

1. 250 g ising sugar (2 kali ayak)

2. 100 g shortening

3. flavor(1 teaspoon ok jer)

4. mix wif mixer.. same procedure.

how to decorate ur cake?

1. get a cake.

2. tandakan bhgn nk potong before gergajikan kek.(erkkk)

3.tanda wif butter cream supaya senang nk refer back which part is which.

4.remove by layer.

5. start spread the cream, jem etc. but not until tepi2..

6.put on other layer until abis.

7. bersihkan saki baki serdak2.

8. sapu buttercream start dr bawah until atas to cover it from saki baki n adjust.

9. start piping or kemaskan with butter cream until dpt smooth surface.

10. ok siap n start decorate ur cake..

11. better use 3 colour for formal cake(wedding, engagement etc), n for besday up to us..kekekeke

recipe 3:

cokelat cupcake i loike!!!

1. 2 cup of tpg gandum.

2. 2 cup of sugar.

3. 1 cup of serbuk koko.

4. i tablespoon baking powder.

5. mix them well..guna senduk jerr..

6. add in 2 eggs gred A.

7. 1 cup susu cair.(can use also susu pekat tapi make sure cairkan n kurang manis..kreatifff!!!)

8. 1 cup minyak masak.

9. 2 cawan air panas br comey deh.

10. kacau rata, put it 3/4 of muffin cup

11. baked 170-180 degree celcius for 25 minute.. if kukus 20 minit n balut sket penutup kukus..

oaraitttt..

recipe 4:

kulit tart..i likeeeee

1. 500 g tepung gandum

2. 300 g marjerin(guna yg pelangi pon ok jeee)

3. 2 biji telur putih okkkk

4. vanila esen

5. 1 sudu gula jee..

6. gaulkn ngn sudu ker spatula.

7.bulatkan then letak kat acuan..kemaskan with sudu..

# tak yah susah2 n canai, terap segala..huhuhuhu..

8. bakar 170-180 darjah celcius 10-15 minit jee

tart buah nyer kastard:

1. 200 g instant kastad

2. 500 ml susu cair or segar

3. fruits jem n buah22

4. mix instant kastad n milk.

5. add in jem, pipe it into the kulit tart, hias wif buah n siappp..

isnt it realllllly easy?

i miss to jot down things on this blog..kekekeke

had been busy with few things going around..hohohoho

n the internet connection wasnt really good though..hohohoho
last saturday nabby n i rode on rapid kuantan to sg lembing.(sbb skrg still free until end of april 2013 okes..hahaha)
we when there around 9.40 am n arrived 10.20 am kot lbh krg..
i was quite a long journey...
mcm jalan2 nk ke kg..
ada byk pokok2 hutan, ldg kelapa sawit n utan..
line pon kdg2 ada kdg2 ilang..
tapi make me wonder betapa susah jugak nk ke bandar if tader transport..
semua tempat jauh2 n utannn jer..

yg best sket masa lalu satu kg nih kan ada kg tanpa wayar..
kiranya kg tuh ada wifi arrr..
tapi wifi kalu tader lappy or smart phone mcm mana nk connect kan?
hohohoho..

last...
kitorg sampai gak last station utk bas 500..
sg lembing..
kat situ boleh rr tgk tinggalan sejarah zaman kegemilangan sungai lembing as tin mines..
lombng bijih di bawah tanah..
ikut catatan sejarah bermula dari tahun 1881 g..

sebelum tuh ada la sorang tokoh tempatan nama dia tok tangguk kot..alamak tak ingat plak..
dia nih dr kemboja tapi ada kepakaran dlm melombong bijih laaa..
pas pelombong2 cina dibawa masuk, khidmat to tangguk nih pon dah tak digunakan lagi..
kat sini mmg ramai rr penduduk bangsa cina..
mungkin dulu nenek moyang depa antara pekerja2 lombong yg terawai dibawa masuk..

pastu inggeris amik alih n perkenalkan mesin2 besar segala..
kiranya meningkatkan hasil cedok2 bijih timah nih la..
so diorg pon bina la penempatan yg lengkap semua..
ada rumah pengurus(skrg buat muzium jeee), cinema, pos opis, kedai segala..ada sistem pengangkutan,
sekolah n hospital gak..

kawasan kat sg lembing nih berbukit3 n ada sungai..ingatkan nama sungai tuh sg lembing..tapi...
rupa2nya sungai kerdau nama dia..kekekekeke..
tempat nih tenang jugak laaa..
teringat macam p kola kangsar dulu2..
ada lembah tepi sungai, ada pokok2 besar yg rendang, ada umah2 zaman kolonial..
umah kedai zaman british segala..
sgt historical..

ada gak attraction lain macam bukit panorama..boleh naik ngn tangga yg disediakan n better naik awai2 pagi utk tgk sunrise..
depa kata canteeeekkk sgt..
heeeee..

eh,kat sini pon ada byk gak jerat cina tapi dok atas bukit seberang sungai kerdau laa..
kat sini byk gak titi gantung yg dibuat zaman dolu2 utk hubungkan 2 kawasan..
skrg kerajaan dah ada buatkan jambatan yg lebih kukuh la..
boleh r kete2 semua guna..

muzium lombong bijih timah sg lembing

we had a short visit into the world of tine mining kat sg lembing..we discovered lot of things there..mm2 la..including the history n whats not..hohoho(nampak ngat malas nk tulis kan?hahahaaha)

muzium ni dok atas bukit.. sebenarnya bangunan nih dulu adalah umah pengurus mines tuh rr..
2 tingkat..
kat sini gak ada sebuah bilik yg sultan pahang ke 4 kot suka mai..jadik istana hinggap la..ada la depa tunjuk katil perabot2 n toilet yg sultan guna kalu dia mai sg lmbing..
dalam muzium nih depa pamer semua pasai lombong tuh ar..
alatan2, model terowong semua, batu2 n ada gak tayangan pasai keadaan dlm terowong..
n cara2 melombong n cara2 pekerja tuh bekerja dlm terowong...
boleh tahan la risky gak..

baju pon tak pakai sbb panas kan..
dia cerita la mcm mna pekerja2 diturnkan guna lif, dlam gak..30 meter kot kalu tak silap..
n panjang plak tuh..
kat dalam tuh pressure tak tentu..
air akan dipam utk sejukkan kat dalam..
kalu ada tempat yg air tak dpt dipam jadik mmg panas sgt rr..
sbb tuh rr pekerja2 kdg2 tak pakai baju atau pakaian yg tebai2 sgt..
kena bawak makanan n air cukup2 gak..
scary gak tgk model tempat melombong tuh/...dalammmmmm...
kalu runtuh mmg tader la jawap dier.. kuasa Allah jer dpt tolong kita masa tuh..

actually kitorg nk g tgk terowong sg lembing nih..
kat situ laa perlombongan bijih timah dilakukan sejak zaman dolu2..t boleh baca sket sejarah dia kat sinin.. ni boleh r tgk map dier..betapa di dlm utannye..tennang betoi tenpat nih..
tapi masa tanya pak cik guard tuh dia kata kalu nk jalan kaki jauh gak la nk kena menapak sbb tempat tuh jauh gak atas bukit..
kalu naik kete takper laaa..
kusss smgt n mmg tak larat pon nk jalan p tgh2 ari nih..ekekekeke
mungkin next time kot p try..
kot2 rajennn...

dalam pukui satu ptg kitorg naik bas 500 tuh balik ke bandar kuantan..

then, i had nasi arab hanith chicken for lunch. dined in kat restoran dallah, indian town next to ECM kuantan. alhamduillah what a blessed day..eh kalu nk try out recipe utk nasik arab okes jugak..give a click here ye..recipe ni i google out from mr gugel laa..nasi arab n chicken/lamb hanith and also another nasi arab recipe gih..memang sedappp bangat tgknyeee..hehehehe..n also here.. insya allah we will try out t..bestkan2.hehehehe..

pas dah makan jalan2 sket tgk2 kedai per yg ada kat towns2 etu..
masuk kedai cake n makan frozen yogurt ..
then jalan sket2 g then balik ke bus stop utk amik bas 500 g..
selamat rr sampai ke kampus terchenta..weeeeee..

okes..sayor2222nara..
malam tuh pukui 9 lebih p masjid tgk penutup iium berselawat..
ada ramai gak ustaz di jemput..
lastly ended with qasidah ya hanana..:)

salam and gud day..
last week i went back home for a short holiday..
alhamdulillah it was really fun..heeee
i learnt few new things=====> i bake a cake n tried blueberry cheese tart..
omg2..
it was superb..hahahaha..
as the first timer, not badddd..hahaha
i tried out the recipes from internet..
owh memang jadik arrr..

for kek cokelat kukuih i used this recipe..memang terbaekkk laaaaa..tapi tak ingat nk bookmark plak..hahaha..

its march already..

and just about to start typing up something here again..

a little bit lazy, have a lot of things to be settled before..

alhamdulillah few thing already settle..

application for internship had been accepted.. alhamdulillah..

now working on eop proposal, the skill class and also the future project which is undecided yet..

hohohoho..

owh, a bit sad when i looked back at the calendar..

i am not sure whether i can attend my fren's weeding this coming august..

hemmmm

because i might not free on that particular month..

if that so, i may not be able to attend...sorry friend..

i pray that everything happened smoothly and be blessed by Allah swt..

may you have a happy and cheerful n married life..

hehehehehe..

almost all of my frens that i known already getting married. ..some are engaged and not so many are still single like me..hahaha

time flies really fast

thinking back the good old days, i just cant believe that now we are moving into the other phase of life===> becoming an adult..kekekeke..

sometimes, i just feel like i still the 16 years girl..hahahhaa..

study and do nothing serious..hohohoho..

owh plus: maybe because i am short and doesnt really have a matured look..hahahaha

sometimes people might think i still under age(erkk.. i mean they guess i am younger than my age..hahahaha)

some of the great memories(yg the fondest) we gathered in our journey of life are the memories that remind us of beautiful people around us.. ain't it???

moment of the never endless laughter, chit chat yg longest and all those beautiful times that we shared with them are simply very33333 precious and also priceless...

so often when i got time to read or scrolling down some beautiful and meaningful poem about frenship.....>>> i will put myself, immersed into it(drawn into the world of memoris about beautiful time spent with frend..kekeke)

in life, every single day we are continuously making beautiful+sad+sour memories when at time we can look back upon and we can grin a smile about it..weeee

tetiba kan mcm teringat all the beautiful places yg i had been to..

kenangan memang sangat menarik..

tambah2 kalu ada kawan2 yg superb best kan??/

rusna rusli, ijai, zizi mon, kirin, mimo, nadia, syammy, pia, syipa, anis, n mimi..

yg lain pon ramai g batch laen n few budak2 laki..

tambah2 lama tak jumpa..

ada yg dah jadik mrs dah()anis, syammy n ejai n syipa..yg lain to be laa kot insya allah..
